Dead Player + Onda Clone

Dear Members,

I have a device with RK2608A Rockchip.:




Unfortunately I've updated with this firmware : Firmware Onda VX858 v00.00.0017 + skin Vista ".

After that I've got a Chinese menu on blue background but the icons are not working.



When I tap the screen, it seems the device is locked, and nothing works only shows a folder icon.



So I can't set it to ROCK USB mode to upload a new firmware.

I see the drive icon in My Computer, so I can copy the things, but nothing else.

I've tried the 10 sec solution, but doesn't work. I've also tried the "DEAD PLAYER RECOVERY GUIDE" without success...

Is there anyone who met the same problem and solved it please ?

hello I have managed to get my player back just in time. I tried the back from the dead procedure to lots of times (tweezers on chip) but also had to keep restarting consumer update and deleting drivers for rockchip usb it is not the same firmware as gjuhasz but the photo is identical except mine has camera. bought off ebay from tinywin(very prompt return of firmware) excellent service (not related honest!)
