FCmitsss,every player has a Board Id.Have a look at your player again.Look for behind the LCD or at the pcb board of the buttons.

it's too complicated for a board id.Okay the best for you to do now is stated as your player's RAM is atj2093H so it probably uses v9 firmware.Try all the version 9.xx.xx firmwares that can be found on the download section. Theres no way we can tell if which firmware will work at least you have to try them all.
