Help me get back drive name (H: and I:)

my player is detected as action usb 2.0(hs) usb device but there is no drive name like H: and I: anymore after trying to upgrade the firmware(the player restarted by itself and player duplicated the music/video files so i tried to upgrade the firmware)
I have blue screen too. I tried to use many fix softwares but i can't even open them because they say "can't find any usb drive "
please help me!!!!!
