Dead mp5 fake ipod

the only think i now, is that my mp5 fake ipod broken alone when i listening !!
i am brazilian, so i write englis bad!!

the information who i can give, is:

software: ipod_V1
hardware: Dvt 2.10a
audio: v0.6.9

it the same this!

mansellsene,the best thing for you to do is contact your seller and demand for refund.Your player is new and were only on mp3's and mp4's here.

Can you explain it some more please?

Perhaps you can send us a photo of what your player looks like with the problem?
