Dead Player: JXD921
 

Hi all experts,

I have purchased JXD921 two months before and I was very pleased with its performance. Only battery life was very weak. But, product was good.

Unfortunately, just after one month I faced a big problem. My player is not working. Its DEAD. I am able to charge the player but its not showing any display. I gave it to local MP3 repairing shop in INDIA to correct if it is a small fault. But they could not repair it. When I switch it on only Green led appears without any display on screen.

So, I want to know the solution on this problem and why it was caused. Also let me know the precaution to be taken while using such Gadgets.

what is the use of this forum if there are no answers or suggestions to the problems brought up here...
I happen to be in the same situation as this fellow with my JXD921 and no one posts a response.

It happened to me also and I've discovered that i had to remove the SD card then resetted again, the player will work now (in my case)

(I only got the problem my video gets totally out of sync)

Well let us know if it didn t work...
I would check if display is connected to the manboard a good way... and tell us if it is recognised...
