Default Computer doesn't recognise player


hi evry body
my sony (fake) be black and my computer does not recognise him corectly as usb unable to find necessary software can u help me

abomaged,what exactly the problem of your player?Is it detected in the computer as a REMOVABLE DISK when you plug it on the USB port?

thanks for your help my windows did not recognise my device it show ayelow pointer and when i try to reinstal such as in the sreps in that fourm did not also show the steps whic shown in the picture the file adfudUpdate.inf did not acsept if there aprogram to do that or any sugition please send to me here or in my email totafi@yahoo.com thanks again

Mine same as abomaged, pls help...totally blank screen after upgrade firmware...now my computer couldn't recognize what devise is my player..not even a storage device, I was trying to reformat but can't

abomaged & petermaw,shorting again the flash pins will do the trick.This can be quite not too easy for some players you just have to do it a few times.Then install the latest version of Mp3 Utilities Tool.And when the computer ask for ADFU driver always use the RECOMMENDED option.

Hi zrock, really appreciate with your help! :wink: can I know what is the meaning of "shorting again the flash pins"? and also what is ADFU Driver? can I have it from you? Pls... ops:
