blank blue screen, pc cannot detect
i bought a mp3/mp4 1 week ago.. its 2GB,2" screen. i load some song and videos. later on i on the player but it cannot boot (cannot come to operating mode). still in blue screen for a long long time.. my PC also cannot detect the device. im using XP. wether it is a dead player...plzz help me. wats the problem occured.. how can i over come..
