samirjin,is your player dead?Or your player is dead and it looks like in the pic?If it is dead assuming you have read the guide here:

Then for your firmware,you should disassemble your player and look for infos inside of it and post it here for us to know which firmware will fit your player to make it working again.

thank you zrock for your help, my player is dead, but it is still recognized by my pc as usb flash disk.
here is some pic of it( sorry for the bad quality because i took them using a webcam :lol: )




its firmware version is 9.1.51 acu7515 s75, the firmware is just like the pic in the first post, if you need more info, i can disassemble my player and look for them.
