ANYKA AK3223 mp4 DEAD ...really DEAD ,
 

Hello !
Having been given a dead MP4+Camera IPOD like Anyka AK3223 based.
But it looks it is DEAD, ...really DEAD ?

Even after full charge it is unresponsive, nothing on the screen, no sound

I tried everything that is shown in the forum (Thanks to Sableroku for his SUPER POST on the bios access and firmware update for this model)
but nothing happens.... :( ...I even tried the short cut of D0...D8 pins on the memory :oops:

So now I start to wonder whether the previous owner has done some special upgrade to it:
- seems some chips are no longer on the board
- the battery (a LiPo i guess...3.7v...?) is curiously installed with full connection to the power but with a zener diode in between... :shock:
- when I full charge, the battery shows sometimes 3.78....or even 3.88v...or up to 4v and above :roll:
- i cannot get anything on the memory Vcc when connected to the USB (4.98v)...but there's something under 1v when connected to a USB charger (5.16v)
- in other words it is not too much alive

Could someone help me out ?
- I would need a picture of the board as it is supposed to be (near the battery...in particular)
- any other hints of what might be checked to see if it is all dead
