Looking for Glacier like firmwares AK1025 QY-066FV0
 

:cry: Hi guys i have 2 glacier like mp4's but they are both dead. The started to have problems with the disk. So i formated them and all ok. But they don;t boot any more.. Only white screen. I can't find any good firmware for those. So anyone have any links for a firmware that it's ok? or maybe someone can upload one ripped from his mp4?

I would be gratefull of course

oopss sorry i got it corrected now..

I have about a week now trying different firmwares.. it's really so hard to get one working? wtf ? :)

The best i achieved was to get the device be recognized again by the pc as a removable disk .. but the screen is black..
Also what it means when the screen after the flashiong becomes white?

So i'll keep on trying and it would be nice if someone can email me a firmware at amorfgr ( at ) gmail.com .. or even post a link here

amorfgr,look for the numbers on the side of the LCD of your player and post it here.

Your screen in black?? Mine is white, but is useless too.

Ok so i got one black glacier like player 2" screen

On the board :QY-066fv0
2007.05.11
I had to take apart the screen to find this
T-0020-A
and there is something like AK3K2K1
Nothing on the side of the screen..

And the other one is a White Glacier like player 2" screen
On the board :QY-066fv0
2007.05.11
T-0021-A
But this one has some printed letters on the side od the screen
DAL-Y30031030228

This one didn't work :( also i had it allready tried..


But this was revived the one from the players !!! I just can;t believe it that the problem was with the Chinese characters at the end of the file.. I deleted them and it got downloaded without any errors !!!

Btw the Mp3 product tools gives me this error on the second one

Many thanks Guys this firmware is 100% for Glacier like players but i can;t understand why it's ok only for the one player ?? ..

Well as i was playing with the one that still is not working i formated the Disk
and there are some strange files inside..

The first one has size of 1,81GB the player is 100% hacked but i can;t get rid of those files.. MAybe that's why i can;t update it with the firmware and i get all the time those communication errors ?

Should i through it away to the garbage? :roll: :roll:
