I have a PRO1-962 1GB Player and it has stopped working.
When I put it on I get a blue screen with the message "BIOS 3221-9320-MLV V7.1"
thereafter I cannot switch off but have to press the reset button and it switches off.
I live in Sri Lanka and so far none of the companies have agreed to repair although am sure this is not a complicated matter.
Is there anyone in the world who can help me fix it, please?????
Thanks/ Jamshid
