mp4 player cant install driver and cant upgrade

hello,
i cant install driver for my mp4 player .
i will make an upgrade but always comes an error : mp4 player is on recovery state. it was an action 9.1.52.
i think an AK1022 chip.

Help please .

hallo,when "on recovery state" pops up just click it and select your compatible firmware and now begin to upgrade.

i have download the both 9.1.52 version firmwares and i had uprgrade it but it is not working.

i have upgraded my mp4 player and now my computer recognize the mp4 player as an HID usb-device how can i make that my computer recognize as an adfu device..

hallo,do the DEAD RECOVERY GUIDE again.Then for installing the ADFU driver,always use the RECOMMENDED option assuming theres a latest version of Mp3 Utilities Tool installed in your computer.Good Luck!!
