keeps disconecting !

Hello,
If anyone pls could help me :
When i connect a player wich is same like this :

It connects and suddenly it disconnects so it is - too dee, tee doo... I tried connecting the pins but it is still the same ! and there is no reaction on connecting only screen resets...

I need to get it connected.... Thx...
