Sensor don`t work!After upgrading firmware.

I have read and translated all about recovering dead players.But now I have real problem.My player work but I can`t control them.Backup didn`t work!

It can be hardware?But it didn`t fall.And it also haven`t any scratches.I don`t know what to think

Can someone help me in repairing my player?

I tried to upgrade player more times but that didn`t give any affect.I tried another methods,and they also didn`t work.Anyone please help.I haven`t any ideas.
