After new Firmware Upgrading only BLACK SCREEN!!! NEED HELP

Hello at all!
I've bought a 2GB mp3/mp4 player . I wanted to make a new firmware on it but than there was only a black screen... :s
Now i don't know what to do....
Please help me...

p.s: i tried the dead player recovery guide and when i need to update it says that my device it says it doesn't have a windows xp mark sign ?!?!? :shock:

its not the player i have and i dont have that info there :(

you have already opened your player to see the action chip now disasmble the keypad too from the inside and on the KEYPAD front you can find the information about the firmware or the device number or the version.If it is not there then try to see behind the TFT or under the BASE of the TFT.I hope you will find some thing there
