flashinf firmware

Hi everyone

can you help me fix my mp4 all i need to do is the firmware. i keep getting a meesage when flashing it it says "read or write device information failed! please exit the program and check if the decice is disconnect" and when upload the flash1.bin and short the pins it says "invalid upgrade firmware file"

becasue your player is in ADFU or RECOVERY MODE if you do the short pin procedure to install the firmware on it.And you are using the (.BIN) file when your player is in ADFU ,so in ADFU you can the (.FW) file then your UPDATE TOOL works.So find the (.FW) file for your player.And one thing you can try at this time too ,that use the MP3 PLAYER UPDATING TOOL 4.15 ,becasue it worked for me in some case with the (.BIN) file when my player is in ADFU mode.
