What version of mp3 player utilities use?

I am currently using MP3 Player Product Tool 5.15.
I also tried many versions of MP3 Player Utilities, but the result was the same: couldn´t revive my dead MP4.

The mp3 player utilities 4.05 is better to upload firmware because the other version when is uploading the firmware appears a window
Uknown Flash Error!
I recommend download a full firmware

Dont download MP3 Player Utilities 4.05 ,because avast! Antivirus detects a virus called win32.trojan
