Need Help! Mp4 hacked and does not pass from glass watch
 

My mp4 was supposed to be 8gb but few times after using it got stuck and does not go further that the glass timer. What can I do?

I have tried that but my pc doesnt even recognize the mp4!

did you try open the player?

No, i dont habe a screw driver for that. But even if i open, what would i do??
