How do I find the firmware?

I went to turn on my 8GB MP4 player earlier and it was stuck on the loading screen, which has happened before a few days after I got it. I was sent the firmware by the eBay seller but unfortunately I reset my PC and lost it so I have no idea which firmware I need to restore my MP4 player.

The utilities it came with are these ones if this helps: http://www.mympxplayer.org/amv-conve...6mb-df468.html

and it looks like this one:

But with these menus and this logo on it:
http://www.mympxplayer.org/album_showpage.php?pic_id=80

I'm sorry if I've given information that isn't useful here but I'd rather not open the player up unless I really need to. Any help is greatly appreciated, thanks.

Re: How do I find the firmware?

I opened it up and I can't find all of those numbers. I can find The plate number.

The plate number is QY-881FV2 2007.02.03

The only other information on it is the Model number: LS042535
The Capacity: 250mAH
The Vortage: 3.7V

And then some random number GB/T18287-2000

That's the only information on it once I've opened it up.

So do I just download one of these and hope it doesn't kill my player or will any of them work?

Sorry to bump a topic, but can someone tell me which of those links I should be ok with downloading please? I'd like to know before I download one and possibly kill my MP4 player completely.
