i had a dead player, i've been trying to get in adfu format, then it worked, but the mp3 is not showing as a disk drive or storage device. I also try to short the memory chip but when i do that my computer restarts. Anyone have the same problem? help me guyz

restart or get shutdown?.Use another computer usually some computers tend to shut when the USB port is used by some "generic" drive.
