the lcd monitor for my mp4 with this soft not work the mp4 work sound only and no data in the monitor

i still have the problem with the new softwear
the new software makes the same problem with the lcd monitor
may you resolve this problem
many softwaers cause the same problem
the lcd monitor dont disply any data but it still light on
