Problem with Orient mp720c

Hello, I had problems with MP4 player Orient mp-720c. At attempt to hear on it music or to come in player choice (Music, AMV, Record, Photo, E-book), appears an inscription "Error", at attempt to come in Voice the player is switched off and switches on. Radio and Game items work only.

QwZ,right click on your player's memory drive, and select Format.

Then afterwards follow the guide at the link below to ensure you won't encounter again the "error" problem in the future.
