hello , i am new user in this forum., help me plz.. i am looking for my mp4

chipset: ATJ2093H
chipset memory type : SAMSUNG 649 K9G4G0U0A (512M)
In my PC the player normally can use as USb flashdisk. but cannot play normally.blank screen with white line showed in center screen of lcd
