please Help!!! my glacier its dead
 

the first sorry for my inglish iam spanish.

i have a problem my glacier 2gb its broken this have the white screen with turn on, i have upgread and this its dead.

I am new and I need to know what is firmware that I need to put to him, also the PC now does not recognize mp3 to me, please helps mp3 is of my girlfriend. i have the 9.0.48 act2097 s75 before.

Since you have a dead player, you will have to follow the guide here --> Dead Player Recovery Guide.

Once you get your player to a recovery state, then you will have to try to find a suitable firmware for it.

Try these:

Firwmare: Glacier 9.0.43

Glacier (mp039) MP4 Player Firmware (direct from UXcell)

Firmware: Nine v9xxxx glacier-like firmwares

Full Firmware: Thirteen 9.x.x.x firmwares


Once again, there is NO GUARANTEE that the firmware listed will be compatible with your player and that it will recover your player but it's worth trying.
