unknown mp4 need help

hi guys, is the first time when i post a message on this forum, i think maybe you can help me solve this problem

i have an mp4 player (1gb memory) just like this one DIRECT LINK and i need an original firmware from it. the display screen is white all the time and it does`nt work.

please give me a link with some firmwares if you know this mp4 device name.
