dead mp4 player

i don't know it thats all the info you need (samsung 713 1181f4a0-f284-11d2-9068-00609797ea5a}) but it seemed like the most important
before, my mp4 player would just have the hourglass, now i downloaded a frimware and now its a white screen and now my computer wont detect my computer
i did that pin thing and it only works untill i turn my player of , then i have to do it again.
i need to know what firmware is meant for me, plz send a link! its a 8gb mp4 player it looks like this

the only difference is its black. oh and just letting you know when the computer detects my usb it says its ADFU (HS). so i am asking whoever can help, plz do!!
