MP4 Digital Player
My MP4 is small, thin and metallic blue. It only says MP4 Digital Player on it.
It doesn't have a brand. Normally i would plug the USB cable into the computer and it will say connect on the mp4 screen(which means it's charging). Yesterday i wanted to charge it but it switched on and then all of a sudden an egg/sand timer kept flashing on the mp4 screen. I looked in the manual but all it said was that if that happened then it's either - 1.the battery is low 2.the format may be wrong. so change the format on the computer and download some other files to it 3.some file on the player is possibly damaged, please delete it if it is I'm guessing 3 but how can i delete it when it won't even let me go to the menu because the battery is low!!! It's so frustrating because i don't know what the problem is! Plz help!!! :) |
Hi LoveableDanni,
Does your computer DETECT your player when it's plugged in? If it does, then you can try FORMATTING it within Windows and see if that helps. Try it first as FAT, if that doesn't work, then try FAT32 instead. Don't use NTFS. Let us know. |
Re: MP4 Digital Player
Unfortunately, it doesn't. Before every time i plugged it in it used to say connect on the screen and started charging. This is the first time something's gone wrong. Thank you for ur help, i greatly appreciate it!!! :)
