Boot error, shutting down message
 

I have a little problem with my Thomson EM...When I turn it on it says:"boot error.Shutting down"

I've had this problem first,and i solved it by using the format thing on my software program...but now it's different...i've formatated my computer and i don't have any software for my player...what should i do?? :cry: :cry: :cry:

Hi Sancezz,

So you've managed to fix it the first time by formatting your player using the software program right? Do you remember which one it was? Also try looking in the CD that came with your player for the software.

Have you also tried formatting it withint WINDOWS itself to see if that helps? What's the size of your player's memory?
