PLs Help my mp4 freeze!
 

my mp4 freeze after a few second when i push the buttons and I need to reset it to open again. In explorer, the drive of the mp4 can be detected, I reformat it but it still freeze..I thought it needs reprogram so I read the faqs and download and, use the s1fwx 30.7& s1fwx 33-s1 and MP3_Player_Utilities_4.18 software to back up and upgrade the firmware but when I Enter, it cannot detect the mp4 drive .. what could be the problem?.. pls help of what to do next..
