mp4 player died on me

I can't seem to be able to find the correct firmware either.
The number I found inside of it is: Samsung 801 k9hbg08u1m pcb0.

Any help would be very much apreciated.
This mp4 player is brand new..

I managed to find the firmware I believed to be the right one, but now all that happens is that it shows the timeglass as it has always done when it starts up but nothing happens besides that. It won't turn on unless it is connected to the pc and the pc does not recognize it either. I cannot update it with another firmware since the program sayts it can't find it. What should I do now?
