Dead 1GB Glacier? White Screen
 

Hi all,

I havn't been on this site in about 12 months or so....mainly because my player was working fine. It is a 1GB (originally 2gb, but it was hacked), has a 2inch screen, and works on a nokia battery...I think its called a Glacier? I bought it from ebay.

Anyways, this afternoon, when I pressed the "Play Button" to turn it on, nothing happened. So I turned the reset switch on & off, and then a white screen appeared.
I can't do anything now. Occasionally when I take out the battery and put it back in, I get the neverending hourglass. When I connect it to the computer, I get "unrecognized usb device". Im not too sure about what firmware version either, think its 9.x something.

Whats wrong with it? And how can I fix it?

p.s I havn't fiddled with the firmware....EVER i think.
