Default HELP WITH DEAD PLAYER - BLUE SCREEN

hello to all, before all I want to thank this site for the excellent, generous and selfless assistance offered to everyone.

Well ... Now with the problem ... I have a player that seems to be dead (pictures).

I try to change the firmware with multiple versions but apparently not correctly with the model.
It is said that in the chip ATJ2093N and the other (big) said Hynix kor, the player is a , 1.8" TFT 2 gb and has fm.
We've tried several programs. Utilities and tools, with several versions of them.
My xp it detects as adfu, sometimes as Actions USB (HS) Winusb Device
or drive, depending on soft or firmware that this loaded.

Another doubt, must be formatted in fat or fat32?

THANKS!!!!
