Does dead player recovery guide work for vista?
 

and not a ADFU device, does this matter for vista? My device shows in my computer as a H drive, when i click on it it says it needs formatting. I have done steps in the guide and my player still won't turn on or show me anything on player. yet it shows as a device on my vista.

Arghhh i'm going to bin it soon as spent nearly 3 days trying to sort it
