SONY dead player with BIOS pv1 MLC V0.0.12

Hello all,
i have a SONY MP4 player when i turn it on its freezing on "LOADING" OSD then if i hold on the Power button for 10 second it ask me if i want the USB Line mode (i choose it) then 3 Removable Disks opened;
here is my problem what i should to do in this status and which firmware i have to download it??
