Delstar blue screen
 

I have a delstar mp4 player 1g I can't get it to do anything it powers on but all I get is a blue screen of death. I can plug it into my computer and my files are still on it but I can't operate it because of the bluescreen. Can someone please tell me in detail how to fix this?

this is the model number of the motherboard if that helps anybody
