Default Powerpack MS71 with black screen. Can't set to rockusb mode

Hi, I have a Powerpack MS71 just like this one:
Click the image to open in full size.

But the problem is that I can't set It to be on "RockUsb" mode, because I don't know which button I need to hold, since It doesn't have a power button, but a switch.
The only buttons that It has Is a M (menu?), Play/Pause, Prev/Backward, Next/Forward, and a "v" like button.

The first problem on this player was a black screen, but with sounds, now It's not playing any musics (I think It's not the battery because It's not playing even when connected to the working usb port!)

I've tried to do the reset method, because the mp4 uses a Samsung memory, these are the numbers engraved on the memory:

719
K9G8G08U0M
PCB0

csd109p2

And the rockchip number:

RK2608A

I hope you guys can help me solve this problem.

This is how to get into RockUsb update mode,

All you do is this,

1) Switch the player OFF using the main on/off switch.

2) Hold down the "MENU" or the "PLAY" button and keep it held down.(try the other buttons if these dont work)

3) Connect the usb to the player.

4) Wait for about 10 seconds before releasing the button.

5) You should be now in "ROCK USB" upgrade mode

6) Then just start ConsumerUpdate and upload your firmware.

It doesnt't work.
Windows just shows me an "unkown usb device".
And when I try to install the Rockusb, Windows tells me that the driver has no compatibility with the device.
