Default Player showing old files/songs. Have to keep repairing files

http://www.tinydeal.com/index.php?ma...roducts_id=248

Thats the mp4 player i have, and it keeps messing up, i have to keep running a check disk to repair the files etc... but they keep falling apart... wont show folders only shows old songs i added AND deleted long ago, and the recently added songs ect.. have all gone , cant show pics that i added and doesnt show the movies i have in a folder on there anymore either.

Iv fixed this 4 times by running check disk and repairing the files but after i turn it off and on again again the problem is back.

Can someone help me try to solve this problem, does anyone know what firmware i need to install on this and if that would even help.

Thanks in advance.

Hi eraldo,

Of course this forum is active.

This forum is a FREELY available forum and all members (even myself) respond in our free time for FREE. We don't get paid for this so looking at your original post, your next post was 11 hours after it. You go a reply within a day so that's pretty good if you ask me considering we are NOT asking for any form of payment for trying to help you. So please be patient because people who respond to posts and our members have jobs and family matters to consider to as well and only respond during our spare time.

I appreciate the help but dont talk to me in caps , makes you look like an idiot... how can i look for something when my player doesnt have a name, did you think about that, no because clearly you are stupid.

I apolojize for my impatience, but clearly this forum is useless and has a crap ignorant community.

Almost everything youv posted in tutorials i already knew, anyone that knows how to use a computer could figure it out.

In case your wondering why iv come out with this, well its because i HATE being spoken to on a forum in caps, only a stupid ignorant person would do that because they think they are more intelegent than the person asking for assistance, anyway i have figured out how to sort the problem.

Nice way to talk to people who are trying to help you. Obviously you COULDN'T figure it out or you wouldn't have come here so don't insult people who are going out of their way to assist you. Maybe they wouldn't feel the need to post in caps if you were a little more polite. What I HATE is a new user who comes on here impatient and rude to a forum that is dedicated to helping people. So nice that you figured it out all on your own, maybe we will be lucky enough not to see any more posts from you.

wow arnt you the intelegent one, i did not come here to be rude i came here for help and got none, where in my first 2 posts was i rude.

Talking to me in caps is indication that he was shouting at me, and telling me to search.... search for what exactly most of these mp4 players have no name or brand so ehhh wtf do i search for get it. But i figured out how to fix the problem with out any of your help or flashing it with firmware, so yes thanks for nothing.

Hi eraldo,

I read your posts in our forum and I think you are being quite rude to our members.

s1fw has been of great help. He's from China and his English is not his first language but he provides his site: www.s1fw.com which has a great collection of firmware. If you read his signature as well as mine, you will see that you need to open your player and find specific chipset ID numbers so you can find the appropriate firmware for.

But such comments as " clearly this forum is useless and has a crap ignorant community" and "dont talk to me in caps , makes you look like an idiot" is NOT tolerated. This is your final warning. If you make such comments again, I will remove your posts and disable your account.

Please read the posts at the top of the forum and do some searching first before dashing out at our members.

eraldo don't be such an ignorant person.

Go get help elsewhere and don't come back if you are going to be so rude.

This is a great community with very knowledgeable people!
