Please HELP me with my dead MP4

Hi everyone,
My MP4 is dead. When it is connected to my pc, i see it in this way:
USB 2.0 (HS) ADFU Device, but when MP3 Upgrade Tool starts, it doesn't go in recovery mode.

Please help me!
