Firmware help

Hi all.

can somebody please help. i have a 2 Gb Glacier type mp4 player that i purchased from Ebay. i was unable to view any photos in the player so i decided to try updating the firmware from the included cd. This resulted in a dead player. i have read and attempted all the steps outlined in the dead player guide with some success but have been unable to find a compatable firmware. I have downloaded what feals like every file on the site as well as a good deal of the firmwares on S1fw to no avail! Please, if anyone has the same player can you please send me the firmware or please post any relevant links. Someone out there must have a copy of it somewere!

I have tried & re-tried these firmwares with no success. PLEASE is there anything else i can do??.... ANY suggestions anyone? please save me from this white screen, its geting boring lol, Thankyou

As i have said i've tried the above firmwares & nothing has worked AT ALL!!!! i just want my mp4 player to work like it once did.

Does anyone know af any firmwares PLEASE?????
