Dear Anyka,
I thank you for your help concerning waking up my dead Mp4 digital player, I have used four to five days looking for help on your web without success where else could I go! I expected you will tell me how much to pay so as to get it working again or the area to go and restore it back instead of using this chance to fine out if people are purchasing you product or not at the same time to know if it pass the standard product that you can market. To me it is not!
I have an Ipod 4GB nono which I was enjoy it, even at time I have problem with the Ipod which the apple logo do not appear again on the screen if I power it on, I want on the net and ask for support which Apple itune did it and restore everything again, all I lost was my music and I put other latest music back on it and since than I have been moving with it no problem till I came across this your Mp4 that lead me to give away my Ipod to friend. I have use the Ipod for more than two years now. But this your Mp4 I saw it as some thing that would server me better because of the feature such as Color screen, Fm Radio, Camera, Music Player, Video etc but it did not last for five months in my hand, the plastic cover on the screen is till there. Iam not happy because I did not enjoy.

I thought of one thing, which is a Gsm handset almost 80% of it has all this features that Mp3, Mp4 has!!
Please if your company still wants to help me out am still on line waiting for your good Websit for restore it back or pay for download or free download.
