plzz help me for mp4 player?
 

hello all of u i have a Mp4 LKC_9112_V31 player

last day when i was listing fm & meantime player was charging thru its charger after some time player has restarted & stops on
some thing like this image

every time when i try to start player it stop responding ,& not shows the further menus ,i hav also tried to connect with pc but nothing happens
i have tried a lot but could get it back on working state plz help me its urgent wat to do

Hello, Is your player recognised by your computer? Can you see and change your data on it with PC? Do NOT try yet to upgrade the firmware ! NOT yet....
If it is recognised... try to format your player.... lemme know how it goes... =) Don t worry
