Onda vx858 won't turn on
 

Hi,

I was messing w/ my onda vx858 one day and it's been working perfectly fine just a few scratches here and there then i accidentally dropped it into a sink full of water... I took it out and tried to dry it immediately but now it won't even turn on :(. I have no idea what to do so if any1 has any suggestions that would be helpful. Also when I try to recharge it, it doesn't even turn on and the recharger light is red instead of green.
