Mp3 player wont work, pleaseeee help!
Ok, so I decided to update my firmware, I never would have done it if I knew this was going to happen, anyways, I have a 4gb mp4 player, that I got off ebay http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...MEWN:IT&ih=013
I used an application called the Mass Product Tool, and I downloaded the firmware that came with the disc which was nofm BO-25002-V003H-L12.fw
After I did that, the mp3 player lights up, but shows no picture. It is just black screen, but the computer still recognizes it. I dont know what I should do. I hit the reset button on the back, but it still wont work.
Please help!!
