My MP4 Doesn't work
 

[align=left:916d9f3df2]I have one of (SY-016) mp4 player. But It only display 'Loading...' when switching on the power. Please tell me how to solve this problem. I can't connect it to my PC because it also shown 'Loading...' when I connected to PC. How can I reset these to the factory default setting. I want to know the short cut key of the factory default setting. I also want to know how to upgrade the firmware of my player and how can I get the firmware file. I didn't get any CD when I bought it. Please kindly answer my question as soon as possible.[/align:916d9f3df2]

There are no firmware "Upgrades" for this type of player, if you try to use any other firmware you will most likely "BRICK" your player

I suspect you have corrupted media files on your player and it's trying to load them and getting stuck.

Just format you players memory with FAT32 and reload your music and then restart your player.

Thanks very much for your answer.But I can't connect my MP4 to PC. At power off state, if USB connector is inserted it only shown 'Loading...'. And no connection with the PC. So I can't format my MP4.

i got thesame problem...
my player Nano 1gb 2nd generation.
when i connenct it to the pc
it is looking for a driver and when i downloaded the afduuf driver its not compatible or it says cannot complete...
My player is an unknown device when i connect it to my pc.
what is the problem with my player? please tell us... thanks in advance.!
