My Nano Clone doesn't work, there is only a blue screen
 

Hi! I have bought from ebay a mp4/mp3 player, it's an ipod nano clone, but now after 3 hours from when i have received it, it doesn't work, i have listened a song (for who want to know what: Jonas Brother - S.O.S.) but when I decided to listened the next song the player is shutted down and then when i tried to turned on it there was only a blue screen with a sand clock on the display, i shutted down it a lot of times, but the blue screen is always there, when I connect it to my pc I get a message from Windows (xp sp2) that i have to istall the driver of the usb peripherals, and at the end of all driver istallation steps windows says me that it can't istall the driver because the peripherals is damaged.

I hope that somebody can help me, in particulary if i have to update the firmware i have a trouble, because the player hasn't a brand, i only know that in the back-side there is writed:

"MP3/MP4
Tested by Comply
With FCC Standars
For Home and Office Use"

Please help me, what have i do to restore it?
I want to discharge it and then see if it will turn on

I have forgotten to tell you that it has 8 GB of memory, and the user of ebay from i have bought it wrote that it has a samsung chipset

In some cases the player comes alive after only resetting him with the tweezers ! Try this first without connection to your pc.

But do not flash an unknown firmware into your player !!!

I can't open it with the tweezers, because it's like an ipod nano, hasn't got the 4 points to open like in the images, but only 2.

Please, somebody have got another ideas?

I have found a guide, in this guide is writed that i have to upgrade the firmware, but the software MP3 Player Product Tool doesn't find my mp3 player, also because my pc find it as USB Device without driver, how i can do it??
