Stage elite 1G Mp3/4 Player has a blank but bright screen
 

A Stage elite 1G Mp3/4 Player has a blank but bright screen.

The user Manual is gibberish and I find no website for Stage.

The reset button only makes the screen blink.
There are lots on sale at good prices, but I wouldn't buy another without support.
Has anyone any information/ideas please?

stage is ebuyer own brand of cheap chinese players
edit i though it was bu i see other seling them!!!

There will be no website nor any support except the type you find here, they are just the same unbranded cheap chinese players with a name attached to make them sound more impressive

if there is a problem then send it back rather than tring to sort it out as the chances are you will end up making it worse

did you try and update the firmware or did it just go belly on its own??

It went blank on loading my files.
Suspect if returned it willl cost postage and I'll hear no more.
