My player starts and shows only white screen how do i repair it when i connect it with computer it detects flash drive but not the device how do i get it detected in computer. any one tell me the button combination.

this information is not enough most of the SUNPLUS based PMP has the same information, search more like what is written on the jack plate or on the back of MP4........
