the problem is it do not start up
when i press the power switch a blue LED is on the goes off when i press the LED goes off when i unpress the power switch
with these some lines come on the LCD

its detected with when i press M key and insert the cable
then i have tried the FRM pro 1.1.9b tool

i can get the images from A, and firmware
But when i try for program all then ISP
it says

how could i fix it
