Default Partial repair Nano Clone

Help please,

I followed you excellent advice for a dead player.
I downloaded firmware for KJT130, all well and good.
I took apart the player as you suggested to get the code, then i connected the player via the USB cable, it recognised it and in the Device Manager the item came up with the yellow ? through it as your screen shot indicated it would (so far so good) but when i got to the Have disk part the PC does not recognise the software and will not load it up.

Can you help, someone may have already done this but I looked on the forum and could not find anyone.

Thanks, Keywiz2112
