4th and Final Request

Can anyone have the time to help me to fix this unit before she start school next week

My daughter spent all her saving on fake Nano that she got from the net ($135.00) came as Digital Player 8GB that play Video, Music, Radio, Photos, and Voice Recorder. Black color on front and silver back and marking of FOB 1000 on the back cover.

The player worked well until she tried to charge it and that when the screen went blank.
I did read most of your posts and followed many of them, however now I got the following
Black screen
My XP can recognize the driver on the task bar but not any where, however none of the software can read, write, or change the framework stating no driver available, or can not write on drive, no driver present...

The original info are

USB 2.0 (HS) ADFU Device Version 3.3.0.0 [11/22/2006]
USB 2.0 (HS) Device MP3 Player Upgrade that can try to write on the driver is Action USB (HS) WinUSB Device.

Hi ALENORM,

Can you see if you can get the player EXCHANGED or a refund at least? If you've ordered it from eBay, you can usually file a complaint with PayPal or eBay about it.

You could definitely try to recover your player, but if it's a brand new player that has hardly been used, you are better off getting a replacement or your money back instead. That might be the better bet as you'll have to spend a lot of time trying to find a compatible firmware for your player and there's no guarantee that you'll find it either.

Thank you both for your quick reply...

I was able to get the player as far as looking for the framework and have been trying to locate the correct one so far 46 and still no luck...three of them I got an error stating that no drive available and it was the correct one (9.1.52) as far as the rest I get window stating that is wrong one...

I did try to take the unit back to the store however the seller claim that the unit is not the one that he sold my daughter LOL so I did file a complaint with the PPP and local authority just in the event that they have other complaint, but that will not get her money back...(at least will stop him)

Thank you again and if you come by the correct framework for this unit please post it...God bless
